At Nancy Chandler Associates our Agents and our clients are provided with the most effective marketing and technology available.  We accomplish this by employing a full-time Marketing Director and a full-time Technology Coordinator. 

The Marketing Director assists with:

• Preparation and development of marketing strategies
• Placement and preparation of print advertising
• Just listed/just sold postcards preparation and mailing
• Color printing services

Our Technology Coordinator coordinates: 

• Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Advice
• Web Site Development assistance
• Realtor.com Showcase Listing, MLXchange Advanced and Visual Tour training
• Feature Property Listings and Open Houses on company webpage
   
  Andrea Vela ~ Director of Marketing
  Andrea Vela creates a wide array of marketing materials designed to enhance the Sales Associate’ particular marketing strategies.  She is available to assist all of our Sales Associates with their marketing needs.
  
  Andy Doye ~ Marketing Technology Coordinator
  Working one-on-one Andy Doyle is available to help Sales Associates develop skills with up-to-minute marketing and information technology systems.
