Lisa Chandler is our community liaison. Her involvement includes serving on the boards of numerous charities and businesses throughout the Hampton Roads area and on the Norfolk Planning Commission. She is also the Director of our New Construction Department.

Hope Roots ~ Supervising Broker- Chesapeake Sales Office
Hope Root’s primary focus is on Agent Development. As HRRA’s Rookie of the Year in 1997 and Realtor of the Year in 1999, Hope knows first hand what it takes to succeed, and she uses this experience to coach Agents to achieve success in there careers.
