Selling real estate is a professionally stimulating and rewarding career choice! I decided to get my real estate license in 1978, and never looked back. Every day in this business is different and compelling - every deal challenging, every person fascinating.
In my role as Principal Broker, I have the opportunity to encourage and mentor agents, many who worked to become award-winning Nancy Chandler Associates. My core strengths as a real estate coach lie in my ability to adapt and understand each individual, clearly communicate information, advise and instruct according to unique situations, and give positive motivation to reach goals.
Embracing change as every progressive business person does, I focus on trainings to cover current issues in business generation, marketing and contracts. With this information, agents can fine tune the professional skills which will carry them to success.
