Suzanne's real estate practice is focused on enabling her client’s to both buy or sell real estate in a simple and more straightforward process. She has sold, developed and managed real estate in Norfolk for 8 years. Other real estate management and sales experience includes 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Condo Conversion projects.

Daughter of a Naval Officer, Suzanne Watson was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, then raised in both Norfolk and the Peninsula. Her son Jason is an ODU graduate in criminal law and is now employed as a Federal Agent.

She holds a business degree in Management from Christopher Newport University. She also is licensed as a Class A Building Contractor, a Virginia Realtor and admits to being a recovering closet artist. She recently joined her two loves of real estate and art by developing 111 Art, a working artist gallery in Riverview section of Norfolk which is managed by the resident artists.

Suzanne is an active member of Norfolk’s oldest Daughters of the American Revolution, Great Bridge Chapter, and the PEO Sisterhood. Other current board positions that she enjoys the honor of serving include the Riverview Business Association, Cultural Alliance of Hampton Roads, Tidewater Art Alliance and the Virginia Opera.
