SARA TAKES PRIDE IN ACHIEVING CLIENT SATISFACTION BY BLENDING CLIENT GOALS WITH CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS.
Specializing in Portsmouth's historic communities, Sara chose to call Olde Towne Portsmouth home in 1996 and has been renovating homes ever since. She is a renovation consultant and a valuable "house parts" resource to the community.
In 2003, she started a development company and was awarded the opportunity to build 8 historic reproduction houses in Olde Towne, meeting the challenge of making the new blend seamlessly with the old homes.
In June 2006, she and her building partner participated in the Habitat for Humanity 5 day Blitz Build in Portsmouth, building 1 of 10 homes as well as the 2008 5 day Blitz Build in Suffolk with 1 of 16 homes.
An active resident; an alumna of the VanLefco Leadership Development Corp., served as a commissioner on the City's Architectural Review Board for 3 years, member of the Olde Towne civic league, yearly sponsor and hostess of the Holiday Home Tour and volunteer for other fund raising functions.
Sara is especially proud of her parents who raised their 3 children in a loving and honest home and whose marriage is still honored after 60+ years!
