I have been in the real estate industry, with Nancy Chandler Associates, since January 2005. Since that time I have worked in both the sales and property management departments, so I feel that I have developed a broad understanding of my client's needs and desires.

Now that I specialize in full-time, full-service property management I have developed a more highly developed understanding of the need for decisive, proactive decisions based on professional understanding of the workings of a home and the relationship between property owners, their tenants and property managers. I pride myself on clear, timely communication to keep everyone abreast of ongoing repair and maintenance issues. Because of the long-term relationship that is developed with property owners and tenants, I have found that prompt, courteous service and professional advice has allowed me to diffuse unfortunate situations with diplomacy. I know that it is in my client’s best interests to have happy, long-term tenants so I do my best to achieve that goal by being available, approachable and responsive.

I have been a life-long Virginia resident. I was born in Virginia Beach, grew up in Northern Virginia, and moved back to Virginia Beach in 2004. In 2006, I moved to Norfolk and currently live in Suffolk.

In my spare time, I like to read, spend time on the water, fish, camp and spend time relaxing with friends and family.
