A native of Hampton Roads, Mary Beth Horton has lived in the area most of her life. Her love of watersports and the outdoors has given her an understanding of the coastal lifestyle of the region and the many ways in which living in a port city, naval region, on the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean, influence the community. Specializing in waterfront properties and finer unique homes throughout Hampton Roads has allowed Mary Beth to utilize her local knowledge and creativity.

A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Mary Beth also attended graduate school at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. and Old Dominion University Business School. Living in the Northeast for 7 years in Hanover, N.H., Boston, MA and Baltimore, MD gives Mary Beth a perspective on being a newcomer to a community which she sees as an asset in helping clients coming into the area for the first time.

Mary Beth resides in Algonquin Park with her husband, a pediatric surgeon, two children and an array of beloved pets. Her interests include volunteering for Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters and several medical mission trips to Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
