Katie really enjoys helping people and believes that by being knowledgeable in many areas...she can help her clients make the best decisions when it comes to buying/selling a home, expanding their current one or even staying put. Katie has extensive knowledge of the Hampton Roads area...as well as a true belief that it is one of the greatest places to live!
Katie has worked in the real estate industry since January of 2004 and was formally with Prudential California Realty. Before her career in real estate, she worked in advertising for the San Diego Business Journal doing advertising sales.
She comes from a huge family of 6 children...with ever expanding roots in the Norfolk area. Her father, who is now deceased, was hugely involved in the Norfolk community...working for over 20 years in the Norfolk School system...and was a well known basketball coach. After college Katie felt a need to spread her wings moved to the West Coast for almost 5 years. While out on the West Coast, she traveled, learned about many new cultures and created a solid career for herself in the real estate industry. Although the West Coast had a lot to offer, Norfolk never lost its appeal to her as she found her self homesick for the comforts and the exciting things that the city now offers. Katie’s hobbies include traveling, fund raising, skiing, and making new friends.
