Jim Reedy
Jim Reedy has been involved in the real estate industry since the 1980’s. Born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, Jim joined the U.S. Navy in 1973 and was stationed in Florida, Japan, Philippines, San Diego, and the Great Lakes and finally settled in Hampton Roads. Jim and his wife Terri are long time residents of Western Branch, Chesapeake. Jim has three children, his eldest son is a chef in New York City, another son is a senior in high school and a daughter who is an active sophomore at Western Branch High School.
Jim brings a unique approach to our profession. He started in the industry as the owner of successful home inspection company. Jim has personally inspected over 6,000 homes throughout Hampton Roads. This experience has allowed him to learn our market, literally from the inside out.
Jim’s extensive experiences as a Home Inspector, combined with his ongoing training and professional development as a Nancy Chandler Associate, enables Jim to make your home buying or selling experience informative, painless and professional. JIM KNOWS HOMES! He helps buyers and sellers navigate successfully and with ease through their real estate transactions.
When Jim isn’t busy helping clients he enjoys being outdoors with family and friends fishing and boating. He is an avid sports fan and also enjoys building, flying and ultimately crashing radio controlled airplanes.
