Gaye Deal
Gaye Deal began her real estate career in 1984 as a property manager for her own company. With another partner, she managed approximately 140 rental units throughout Norfolk and Virginia Beach. In 1987 she joined Nancy Chandler Associates as a sales associate. For the past nineteen years Gaye has specialized in marketing finer properties and residential re-sales throughout the Hampton Roads area. She has been a recipient of the Greater Hampton Roads Real Estate Association' (GHRRA) bronze, silver, and gold Circle of Excellence awards. Gaye has obtained the prestigious designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Gaye's reputation for professionalism, expertise, service and attention to details have provided her with her main source of business and personal referrals from satisfied clients and customers. Prior to starting her career in real estate, Gaye taught English and French at her alma mater, Hampton Roads Academy in Newport News, the York County school system and at The Williams School in the Ghent area of Norfolk. Gaye is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in the Lochhaven section of Norfolk with her husband, who is a local attorney, and their three children.
