A native of Boston, MA, Barbara Fulp has traveled widely and moved twenty-five times, living in such places as Hawaii, California, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Puerto Rico.
Barbara joined Nancy Chandler Associates in 1987. She believes her highly successful real estate career has been greatly enhanced by her varied experiences. Barbara especially enjoys working with mature adults who are making major lifestyle changes. She can relate well to corporate and military transferees who move frequently as she has in the past. Barbara is married to Kenneth Fulp, retired superintendent of Chesapeake Public Schools. They share a love of traveling, antiques, and golf. They are proud of their seven children, now grown and living all over the country and engaged in various endeavors.
